Most skin types can have skin needling, however some preparation may be required. This is referred to as a detox period, which is necessary to strengthen skin before commencing a more invasive treatment. IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME OR AFTERCARE REQUIREMENTS?
There may be a small amount of downtimes required after CIT. In most cases, the skin experience redness and some sensitivity that should subside within a few hours.
After this, the skin may remain slightly red or feel tight as though it is sunburnt. Minor peeling or flaking may follow, however should be minimal.
